He is specialized in industrial, labour laws and Public Policy as well as technical and higher education. He has served at the helm of various organizations in the past which included Lal Bahadur Shastri Research Centre for Public Policy and Social Change (LBSRC), NCERT, NIPCCD, IIT, UGC, AICTE, MHRD, IIF, AIMT, VOU. He is renowned Institutional Builder, Faculty Trainer, Research Guide, Management Consultant, Educational Planner and Administrator, Strategic Thinker, Expert -Total Quality–NAAC, NBA, ISO and international accreditation. He has credit of more than 75 research papers and article contribution in different national and international referred research journals and conference proceedings and has authored 4 books.
