Rajan Johri
Fellow CIPD (UK) is a management professional with experience of over 30 years in India and overseas. He holds Master Degrees in Anthropology and Organization Behavior. His research work in business management was at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. Rajan has worked with multinational global teams to deliver assignments in the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe. He specializes in co creating solutions with stakeholders in established on-going enterprises and with start –ups. His corporate career was with Alembic Chemicals, NIIT, Ranbaxy and Boston Scientific b.v The Netherland, ARENCO in UAE and with Toyota in the Sultanate of Oman. He led human resource, quality, continuous improvement and organization development. He also served MB Petroleum as the Chief Executive Officer for their Informatics business. During his Middle East tenure, he was also the Academic Ambassador, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for the University of Petroleum.
Back in India he was the Principal Consultant at HCL, a leader in the Information Technology domain. He joined the Organization Effectiveness team, conducted leadership development and service delivery upgrade programs. Later he served as the Founding Director of HCLs’ Shiv Nadar University.
In addition to his corporate career, Rajan has been an Instructor at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and Director of the Global Institute of Flexible Systems Management’s School of Social Change (GIFT) at IIT Delhi. He deploys the new and emerging service science to Change & Transformation assignments of LeadẄynn. He also serves as Chairman, Skill Development at Delhi Management Association.
